The art of making Chapathhis!!!







Finally, I mastered the art of making Chappathis! Now I know to make large round Chappathis and feed hungry souls. During my first attempts to make the Desi rotis I was always stuck with the most distorted figures that can barely be called Chapathis. Then I learned to patiently roll the dough and roll the rolling pin to make the edible Indian bread. My experiments with the Indian bread are truly bizarre. After my first vain attempts, I had given up on making chapathis. But after mastering the art I watch diners devour my clever creations wondering whether making Chapathis is an art or devouring them royally is the art. The toasted Indian bread is the favourite of dieters since decades. Besides being healthy and nutritious, Chapathis regulate diet and manage appetite. The reason why it is become the national food consumed by maximum Indians. In most Indian homes Chapathis are ruling dinners. I too toast Chapathis and devour for dinner regularly. Chapathis are truly great to beat the appetite. The round Indian bread is a perfect choice for dinners satisfying diners from elders to kids. During my experiments in the kitchen, it is making Chappathis that occupied most of my time, but finally I am an expert cook now feasting my guests and diners with toasted chapathis, stuffed chapathis, butter Chapathis and plenty more varieties.
